Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Custom orders have a lead time approx. 3-4 weeks.
  • During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Locations / International

  • We currently ship only to U.S. states, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Samoa, Puerto Rico and other islands. 
  • Our Shopify store is not setup for international shipping, please contact us directly if you are interested in buying our products.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • We offer Calculated (Ground, Economy) shipping for all the orders.

Please note that delivery times and may be affected by carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Carriers

We use UPS and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Address & Changes

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
  • Address changes are only possible before the order has been processed. If you need to update your address, contact us at info@grassrootsfabricpots.com as soon as possible.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
  • If your package is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage so we can assist you in filing a claim.
